i started a new diet last week.
It's called "Eat Like a Normal Person".
A few of the first steps:
eat only ONE cup of yogurt per day, instead of like, 4.
Stop eating "Sun Bites" (The Thai version of Sun Chips, with more msg) every single day... cut back to maybe every other day?
If you're hungry after dinner, have a snack instead of an entire second meal
Etc.
It's been mixed results so far....
